As has been tradition for the past several years, the Friday Night Cruise will again mark the official beginning of the 2010 Midnight at the Oasis Festival. This year's route will be similar to last year's (link to cruise map below) with the exception of the jog through the old K-Mart parking lot. In our 2009 online survey, many participants objected to the K-Mart route as it slowed the cruise causing overheating problems. The route will now continue down Avenue B to 32nd street where cruisers will turn right and advance up the hill to the Ray Kroc Complex. The Caballeros recommend that all cruise participants check out the two files listed below.

The Midnight at the Oasis Fun Run is back by popular demand for the 2010 festival. the first run is on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and the second takes place from 9 am to 11:30 am on Saturday. Entrants will travel throughout Yuma, stopping at landmarks (History of Yuma) and sponsors before returning to the Ray Kroc Complex.  They will choose a card at each stop and it will be recorded by a Caballeros volunteer. The car that concludes the run with the best Poker hand will be declared the winner.

The Fun Run will begin at 2:00 pm in front of the Ticket Booth (map) across the street from Registration Area at the Convention Center and ends at 4:00 pm at the Yuma Greyhound Park where we will begin our cruise at 4:30 pm. The route is approximately 26 miles long should take 60-70 minutes to complete.

 You must draw your first card by 3:00 pm and draw your last card at the Greyhound Park by 4:00 pm. Only one poker hand per vehicle please.

This Fun Run will begin at the Outback Steakhouse at 328 E. 16th Street (map) at 9:00 am and end as we direct you and your vehicle into the back door of Midnight at the Oasis festival grounds. The route is approximately 22 miles long and will take about 60 minutes to complete.

You must draw your first card at the Outback Steakhouse by 10:00 am and draw your last card at the last stop by 11:30 am. Only one poker hand per car please.
